Late Policy

I will do my best to accommodate, but if you are more than fifteen minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. If you are running late, please contact my personal number (801) 624-8450 as soon as possible.

Cancelations + Rescheduling

To ensure that scheduled appointments flow smoothly, clients will receive a confirmation notice 48 hours before their scheduled appointment. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow for your appointment slot to be filled. Cancelations 2 hours to the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service missed. The glossgenius booking site is there to help you find another appointment that works better for your busy schedule.

No Shows

If an appointment is missed, I require 100% charge of the service missed. The charge will go to the card on file on gloss genius.
